How to Buy at Polaris World
Buying at Polaris world is a very easy process. Payment terms are as follows:
When you have decided on a particular Polaris World unit you will pay a returnable reservation deposit of 3,000 euros to take it out of the market for 30 days.
During this 30 day period the contract is prepared by the legal department and sent to you by courier. When you lawyer has checked everything out and you are happy to go ahead, you sign the contract and pay the first installment which is 25%.
There will usually be a further stage payment of 15% during the construction period. The timing of this interim payment depends on the particular resort but typically can be 9 or 12 months after the first 25%.
Completion will usually be anything from 12 to 24 months after paying the initial 3,000 euro reservation deposit. At completion there is a final 60% payment and the keys are handed over.
Each payment will be plus 7% IVA (vat) and at completion you will also have notary/land registry and legal fees as is usual with any purchase in Spain.
