Our viewing trips are conducted on a one to one basis with an official Polaris World Guide. The main goal of the trip is to make your stay as informative as possible but we also want you to relax and enjoy your stay in comfort. Your official Polaris World guide will have comprehensive knowledge and experience of all Polaris World properties and offers and also will have extensive knowledge of the general area. We guarantee that you will enjoy your time at Polaris World and you will find our staff very friendly and helpful.
Our viewing trips are for Polaris World Resorts clients only and are offered in good faith at no charge whatsoever. Plus, the cost of your flights will be fully refunded should you decide to buy a property at Polaris World.
Example Itinerary
Day 1 - On arrival you will be met by your guide and transported to your accommodation at the 5 Star Intercontinental Hotel on the Mar Menor Golf Resort.
Day 2 - After a delicious and nutritious breakfast at the hotel you will visit the Polaris World show homes and resort sites. Also you will get to see the Polaris World Head Office where current availability and prices will be confirmed and detailed models of the resorts and property types can be viewed.
You'll enjoy a fabulous tour of the Mar Menor, La Torre and El Valle Golf Resorts, where completed show apartments and villas and facilities of the resorts can be viewed. A lunch in one of the Polaris World Resort restaurants is also included.
Your trip will include an exploration of the area visiting local towns and the incredible Mar Menor beaches to give you a feel for the region. In the late afternoon you'll be taken back to the hotel where you will be left by our guide to enjoy your evening dinner.
Day 3 - If you do decide to purchase, our guide will assist you fully with the necessary reservation and contract procedures, along with helping you with future residency documentation and mortgages etc.
At the end of your stay, you will be taken back to the airport for your return flight.
